Right now I’m working on a post about the most recent book I finished reading: Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins (the second book in the Hunger Games trilogy).
And today, I just started Coriolanus by William Shakespeare. Since I adore Shakespeare, here are some of my favourite quotes of his:
“Love looks not with the eyes but with the mind.” – A Midsummer Night’s Dream (I, i, 234)
“My words fly up, my thoughts remain below: Words without thoughts never to heaven go.” – Hamlet (III, iii, 100-103)
“All days are nights to see till I see thee,
And nights bright days when dreams do show thee to me.” – Sonnet XLIII
“O that my tongue were in the thunder’s mouth! Then with passion would I shake the world.”- The Life and Death of King John (III, iv, 38-40)
“O Romeo, Romeo, wherefore art thou Romeo?
Deny thy father and refuse thy name;
Or if thou wilt not, be but sworn my love
And I’ll no longer be a Capulet.” – Romeo and Juliet (II, iii, 33-36)
